Client Responsibility
I freely consent to receive spiritual guidance, spiritual wisdom, spiritual awakening teachings, and spiritual life coaching from Space Between Two Worlds LLC, dba 'Wake Up'. I am responsible for my own spiritual and awakening process, and I determine the effectiveness of the services rendered and the competency of the practitioner I work with.

 

Spiritual Guidance and Spiritual Life coaching is not considered psychotherapy, therapy, or counseling, nor does it determine my life decisions.

If I am struggling from a medical, physical, or psychological perspective, I will access professionals in these fields. I am 100% responsible for myself, my choices, and my behaviors. 

 

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Confidentiality and Personal Information
Information provided during spiritual guidance, meditations, and spiritual awakening sessions, classes, coaching programs, and retreats are confidential and all information stored for personal accounts will be stored securely and held confidential. During group activity or classes, you agree to keep other participant information & names confidential and to not share any content or details to any third parties outside the participants & teacher of the group. 

 

If you have an issue within the class or group sessions, please contact the business owner, Ashley Vos, directly at wakeupcoaching@outlook.com.

 

You may choose during session recordings if you you, your face/image, or your voice may be recorded and our shared between yourself and Space Between Two Worlds LLC, dba 'Wake Up' .

All images, documents, resources, and recordings provided by Space Between Two Worlds LLC, dba 'Wake Up' are to be used for education purposes only and cannot be shared externally to third parties, copied, or relied upon as professional advise. They are for education purposes use only.

Space Between Two Worlds LLC, dba 'Wake Up' does not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your Personal Information with third parties without your consent.  

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies in respect of the information that we are required to provide to them in order to use their services.  For these third-party service providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand the manner in which your Personal Information will be handled by such providers. These services include Zoom, Calendly, and Stripe.

Insurance, Payment and Scheduling
I understand there is no insurance coverage for sessions, coaching programs, retreats, meditations, and classes offered by Ashley Vos at this time. Payments will be made via Stripe/Calendly to Wake Up on-time and prior to a session or class is held. There are no refunds after the completion of a session or class. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will email wakeupcoaching@outlook.com with at least 24-hour notice to avoid being charged for that time. If Space Between Two Worlds LLC, dba 'Wake Up'  needs to cancel or reschedule a session the party will provide at least 24 hours notice. A full fee will be expected for a late-start/shortened meeting if the participant does not show up on time. 

Acknowledgment and Release of Liability
I acknowledge that I understand the above information. Furthermore, I agree to hold harmless Ashley Vos and Space Between Two Worlds LLC, dba 'Wake Up'  from all liabilities and claims which may arise as a result of my participation in spiritual guidance, spiritual awakening teaching and coaching.
